Founder

Hahnsol Kim is a violinist and conductor who has been praised by the Boston Herald for his performance of the Sibelius Violin Concerto in Boston. He made his Lincoln Center debut with The Juilliard Orchestra at Alice Tully Hall after winning the Juilliard Concerto Competition. A graduate of The Juilliard School, Kim has earned accolades in numerous international competitions, including the Osaka International Music Competition, the International Violin Competition Sion Valais, the Gisborne International Music Competition, and the Salieri-Zinetti International Chamber Music Competition.

As a passionate chamber musician, Kim has collaborated with renowned artists such as Charles Neidich and Gil Shaham. His work as a conductor has also garnered critical attention, including leading the U.S. premiere of Mieczysław Weinberg’s Clarinet Concerto, Op. 104 and the U.S. premiere of the Azarashvili Cello Concerto. Of his conducting, New York Concert Review wrote: “Mr. Neidich gave a superb performance of it all, turning over the conducting duties to a very able conductor.”

In addition to his performance career, Kim is deeply committed to fostering the next generation of musicians. He is the founder and director of Hahnsol Music Group, where he cultivates young talent through a concert series that provides meaningful performance opportunities for emerging artists.
